1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentMux and agentmux.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentMux is an open-source agent operating environment provided by AgentMux Corp. The Service includes the AgentMux desktop application, the AgentMux Mobile app, the MuxBus cloud relay and related online services, and the agentmux.ai website.

3. License

AgentMux is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. You may use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with that license. The full license text is available at GitHub.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to transmit malware or other harmful code
• Misrepresent your affiliation with AgentMux Corp.

5. Intellectual Property

The AgentMux source code is licensed under Apache 2.0. That license does not grant permission to use the AgentMux name, logo, or branding (see Section 6 of the License). Do not use them in a way that suggests AgentMux Corp. endorses or is affiliated with your product or service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AgentMux Corp. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentMux Corp. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
